Angela Groves

Vice President, Western Region

Summary: Angela has over 18 years of experience in program management, acquisition and cost management, training, course development, business processes and model development. She is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business objectives for Quantech’s Western Region with an emphasis in the space sector.

Angela has been successful in achieving prime contract and task order awards at Air Force Space Command (AFSPC), Space and Missile System Center (SMC), Los Angeles AFB, CA, Peterson AFB, CO, Schriever AFB, CO, Buckley AFB, CO, Operationally Responsive Space (ORS) Office, Kirkland AFB, NM and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), San Diego, CA. Under her leadership, Quantech has been awarded more than $160M in contracts since 2007 including SMC Acquisition Services (SAS), SMC Financial Services (SFS), SMC Technical Services (STS), General Services Administration (GSA), System Engineering & Integration (SE&I) and Seaport-E efforts.

Angela leads more than 170 professionals that deliver “customer service excellence” to her clients. Her promise and obligation to every Quantech customer is to find the right solution – cost, schedule, & matched qualifications - to best meet the client's needs!

Prior to joining Quantech in 2004, Angela ran Groves Consulting, providing consulting services in software, hardware cost solutions, and integrated program management. Angela was also a Senior Consultant in the Aerospace industry and has a proven record supporting complex Air Force programs in areas such as re-engineering, business case analysis and streamlining acquisition processes to reduce risk.

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, with a concentration in Manufacturing and Robotics, from San Jose State University.
