Cost Analyst
|

Type: Full Time - Experienced
Experience: Three (3) to Seven (7) years of professional experience in logistics cost analysis , (may need at least three years of which involved military C2 equipment depending on job location).
Requirements: Plans, organizes, directs, and conducts weapons systems cost-estimating/research/training tasks in logistics cost analysis. Keeps abreast of new weapons-system logistics cost estimating methodologies, data bases, and tools. Makes technical cost analysis decisions, which are considered authoritative and which demonstrate mature cost analysis judgment in anticipating and solving complex logistics cost analysis problems. Work requires the technical capability to assess the cost and schedule implications of existing and projected technological advances, as well as being able to evaluate the impact of new and innovative acquisition strategies. Work is reviewed by the Task Leader to ensure it satisfies customer needs and complies with the BPA holder’s overall cost quality standards.
Preferred Education: BS/BA ( ESC Location specific: 24 semester hours in quantitative analysis courses). Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to apply. A security clearance will be required for this position.

Financial/Budget Analyst

Minimum/General Requirements: Candidate should possess experience working with the DoD Program, Planning and Budgeting System (PPBS); Preparation of Budget Execution and Formulation documentation, assisted in development DoD SAR/DAES reports, or related documentation. Position requires organized, detail-oriented individual who can assist in managing major acquisition program budget development process; maintain comprehensive budget models; understanding of DoD accounting systems, and work effectively with Customer and Team members.
Preferred Education: BS/BA preferably in accounting, finance, management science, operations research, math, or other quantitatively oriented disciplines such as engineering or statistics.

Program Manager

Type: Full Time - Experienced
Minimum /General Experience: Has ten (10) years of progressive experience in a combination of systems acquisition, software development and computer communications support activities such as computer operations, data communications, network design, and/or operation, repair, and maintenance activities; has five (5) years program management experience.
Functional Responsibilities: Organizes, directs, and manages the operation and maintenance functions at a specific site where a substantial number of contractor support personnel are assigned. Manages substantial computer support operations including, but not limited to, systems acquisition, computer operations, system software maintenance, production control, data entry, remote job entry, tape library, etc. Must have demonstrated capability for oral and written communications with all levels of management. Must have a thorough knowledge of the capabilities of applicable computer and communications configurations. Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with task schedules and costs.
Minimum Education: Possesses a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, information systems, business administration or other related technical or scientific discipline or equivalent work experience. Senior Cost Estimator

Type: Full Time - Experienced
Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience preferred. ACEIT and Electronic/Space estimating experience a plus.
Requirements: Experience working with the DoD Program, Planning and Budgeting System. Cost estimating/analysis experience supporting Analysis of Alternatives. Life Cycle Cost Estimating development and documentation. Organized, detail-oriented individual who can lead major acquisition program Milestone decision cost estimates. Develop and maintain comprehensive cost models and Cost Estimating Relationship. Work effectively with customer and team members. Above average to highly skilled knowledge of MS Office products.
Required Education: Bachelor Degree, preferably in a technical discipline, business management, operations research, mathematics, or other quantitative oriented curriculums.
