Quantech Services Quality Assurance Program

Our approach to quality control consists of a three-part process including: Formal Management Reviews, Red Team Reviews and a Mentor program described in more detail below:

• Regularly scheduled Formal Management Reviews will be provided by Quantech at the discretion of the SeaPort-e Program on a monthly, quarterly and/or semi-annual basis. Expectations of these reviews include feedback between Quantech and SeaPort-e to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
• Red Team Reviews will be provided by Quantech for major product deliverables. The purpose of these reviews is to engage the senior personnel on the team and to ensure product quality and logical soundness.

Quantech’s Mentor program is the responsibility of all senior members of our team. It provides on-going and continuous mentoring to our junior and mid-level personnel. Training is provided through formal instruction (various topics), on the job training and feedback sessions providing lessons learned.
