Robert J. Lamarre

Director, Midwest Region

Summary: Bob is the Director of Quantech Services Inc’s Midwest Region. Bob is responsible for leading a multi-faceted team in Dayton, OH providing technical and acquisition support services to the Air Force’s Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB) community. He is also developing and implementing strategic business objectives for the Midwest Region and the company as a whole. 

Bob has led the growth of Quantech in Dayton since joining the company in 2007. He has over 35 years of experience in program management and has held senior management positions in both Government and private industry.

Prior to joining Quantech, Bob was a Vice President in a Government service consulting company providing Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) for Information Technology (IT) and aeronautical system programs for a 150+ person organization. Bob was responsible for planning, resource management and client relationships. Under his leadership, revenue grew from $1M to $35M in ten years and a key market was developed and established.

Bob is a retired United States Air Force acquisition officer. Bob held program management positions in classified and unclassified Air Force programs including the B-1B, Airborne Warning & Control System (AWACS) (US and NATO) and Have Quick UHF radio system, along with Headquarters and teaching assignments.

Education: Bob has a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautics from Dowling College, Oakdale, NY and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island. He is Level 3 Certified in Program Management and a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College Program Management Course at Ft. Belvoir VA.
