Summary: As the Information Technology (IT) Vice President for Quantech Services, Inc., David’s management responsibilities include the global technology infrastructure and architecture of the company. He reports directly to Jim Monopoli, President/CEO.

David’s responsibilities include Quantech’s network operations centers, data and voice communication network, case management, product development, systems and project portfolio management, and the deployment, integration and integrity of state-of-the-art systems. His IT management experience in the field of intelligent disaster recovery technologies and computing environment development support has enabled the company to function at a high level of efficiency. David’s vision in the field of information systems and technology mobility has enabled Quantech to operate as a more agile company in this highly competitive industry.

Prior to joining Quantech in 2002, David was employed by various consulting firms in support of Department of Defense IT infrastructure projects. As a consultant with over 20 years of experience working with United States Air Force (USAF), his responsibilities included design, development, documentation, testing and deployment of three new state-of-art system architectures that provided 100% disaster recovery to the air support groups to USAF installations at CONUS and OCONUS locations over a five year period. During David’s consulting tenure with the USAF, he was responsible for the “Stand up” and operational readiness for the Information Technology architecture of Hanscom Air Force Base largest System Program Office.

Education: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Certified Banyan Vines Engineer/Certified Dell Server Engineer
