Vice President, Human Resources and Security
Summary: Maryanne joined Quantech Services, Inc. in February 2003. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management. She is responsible for recruiting and retaining Quantech’s key talent.
Maryanne reports directly to the President/CEO. She is Quantech’s human resources executive with leadership and management accountability for the human resources, security and training activity in the organization. Maryanne is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and activities that support the areas of recruitment, performance and people management, rewards and recognition, training, grievances and discipline and the design and development of a competitive compensation and benefits program. She is a key advisor to the President/CEO on all policy and procedures and works closely with the execution and operations teams to implement and monitor.
Prior to coming to Quantech, Maryanne has worked as a Human Resource professional in the Information Technology and Financial Services industries. She has extensive experience in recruiting/staffing, benefit administration, organizational development and employee relations.
Education: Maryanne received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, MA. She also attended Bentley College and received a Human Resources Certificate.
