Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Summary:  As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Quantech Services, Inc., Rick has management responsibilities for the company's Accounting, Finance, Contracts, Pricing and Compliance business services functions. He reports directly to Jim Monopoli, President/CEO.

Rick has worked at Quantech since 1999.  Prior to his CFO assignment, Rick was one of Quantech’s Business Director’s leading their Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR), Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) and Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS) advisory and assistance professional services contracts. Rick provided senior level guidance and consulting services supporting government executive level requirements and developed highly effective and responsive financial management and program management teams.

Rick has over 20 years of federal agency and private industry financial management experience supporting multi-billion dollar portfolios. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting, cost/schedule performance analysis on major acquisition and sustainment programs.

Education:  Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, a Masters in Business Administration from Western New England College and a Certificate in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Professional Organizations: Member of the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC), the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and a participant in the CFO Roundtable.
