The General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS Full and Open and Small Business contracts provide any and all Federal agencies with a total integrated solution for a multitude of professional service-based requirements on a global basis. In order to provide customer satisfaction with a total solution, Task Orders will be supported with specialized expertise across multiple functional disciplines. Task Orders may also involve and require commercial and/or non-commercial items. The GSA OASIS Full and Open and Small Business contracts allow for the use of a variety of contract types including fixed-price (all types), cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types.
Quantech was awarded a contract in the Full and Open Pool 6.
The GSA OASIS Small Business Pools are categorized as follows:
1. Less than $14M in annual business
2. Less than $19M in annual business
3. Less than $35.5M in annual business
4. Less than 500 employees business size standard
5a. Less than 1000 employees business size standard (Exception B: Research and Development in Aircraft Parts, and Auxiliary Equipment, and Aircraft Engine Parts)
5b. Less than 1000 employees business size standard (Exception C: Research and Development in Space Vehicles and Guided Missiles, their Propulsion Units, their Propulsion Units Parts, and their Auxiliary Equipment and Parts)
6. Less than 1500 employees business size standard
