Amy LoffSummary: Amy was named the Quantech Services, Inc. Director of the Midwest Operations in July 2016. She is responsible for leading a multi-faceted team of approximately 120 employees and subcontractors, headquartered in Dayton, OH. Quantech’s Midwest Region provides technical, engineering, cybersecurity, and acquisition support services to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Tinker Air Force Base, and Randolph Air Force Base communities. Amy is also responsible for developing and implementing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for the Midwest Region.
Amy brings over 17 years of experience in both industry and DoD as a proven corporate leader in Engineering, Quality Management, Program Management, Acquisition, Risk Management, Test and Evaluation, Financial Management, Facility Management, Environmental Compliance, and Information Technology.
Amy joined Quantech in 2011 providing Subject Matter Expert support in the areas of Acquisition Program Management, Risk Management, Should Cost, and Test Management to a variety of Air Force financial systems ranging from legacy to ACAT I programs. She was involved with an Air Force acquisition efficiency initiative that resulted in a Government cost savings of $17M.
Prior to joining Quantech, Amy served as an experienced Director of Operations and member of a Corporate Leadership Team with demonstrated history in Chemical Processing, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Business Consulting, and Program Management. She actively served on the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (Nadcap) task group for establishing requirements in the chemical processing field.

Education: Amy received her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Dayton.
