Each employee has the opportunity and is encouraged to complete specialized training specific to their job responsibilities. Our approach for topics such as security, foreign military sales, information technology and other specialized training include online resources such as briefings and videos that our staff can access.
Informal training includes Lunch and Learn Programs, evening courses given by functional experts as well as an extensive training repository accessible by our team through our learning management system for self-paced learning and research. This library of presentations is available to employees for self-paced learning and serves as a good introduction to the acquisition environment.
