Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Summary:
Jennie joined Quantech Services, Inc. in March 2018 as Controller for Quantech and its subsidiary, Intlx Solutions and was promoted to CFO in September of 2021. Jennie is responsible for the company’s financial statements, general ledger, budgeting, banking, corporate tax compliance, financial audits, accounting system and leads the accounting team responsible for day to day accounting operations including accounts payable, time and expense, payroll, customer invoicing and collections, project lifecycle and project financials. Jennie has a diverse background from both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Quantech, Jennie served in controllership roles in sectors including transportation infrastructure consulting (for the DoT), design and construction, software (SAAS and healthcare communication) where she played a key role in acquisition due diligence and transition of accounting operations and financial reporting from privately owned to post initial public offering. Jennie also has extensive experience in project-based accounting, system implementations, and human resources administration from wireless infrastructure and management and technology consulting companies.
Education: Jennie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems, at Boston University.
