Summary: Laura joined Quantech in December of 2008. She has over 20 years of human resources experience including developing HR processes and policies, HRIS, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation and training as well as union and collective Bargaining agreements.
Her career has included management and consulting positions with large, mid-sized, and small companies in various industries including healthcare, biotech, manufacturing, marketing, and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining The HR Team, Laura worked for American Redcross Bloodservices where she provided HR generalist services. In addition, Laura held a human resources management roles for VNA Care Network and Irma S. Mann Strategic Marketing.
Education: Laura earned her Bachelors of Science with concentration in Management and Information Technology from Nichols College, Business School.
