Vice President, Intelligence Systems
Summary: Ron Clatterbuck Started with Quantech in May 2017 after a successful 17 years as Director of Operations and Program Manager with Welkin Associates and then ManTech International. Ron’s last position was the Director of Operations for Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) efforts for the US Navy and US Coast Guard as well as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Communications, Ground Enterprise and Mission Integration Directorates portfolios, while also being the Program Manager for a 50+ person SETA contract supporting the NRO.
Ron has over 40 years of Department of Defense and Intelligence Community experience as a leader and Manager, providing Information Technology, Communications and System Engineering support for Government Communications networks and systems. This includes 17 Years of Industry Management experience an Operations Director and Program Manager level; experienced with the management of multiple and diverse work areas and Government contract vehicles.
This was preceded by a 22 year career in the United States Marine Corps as a Marine Infantryman, Field Radio Operator, Parachute Jump Master, Recruiter and eventually as a Telecommunications information and intelligence systems manager serving primarily in the Fleet Marine Force in various military assignments worldwide, in peacetime and war, providing leadership, mentoring and technical expertise in garrison and deployed Special Intelligence communications support.
Education: Ron possesses a B.S. in Computer Networking and is Project Management Professional (PMP) and Information Technology Information Library (ITIL) certified.
