Quantech Wins SAFS IDIQ with GP and RN TOs at LA AFB
Quantech was selected as one of the two Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Acquisition and Financial Support (SAFS) IDIQ awardees. The SAFS effort is a follow-on to the current SMC Acquisition Support (SAS) and SMC Financial Support (SFS) contracts. SAFS is a 7-year effort with a $271M contract ceiling. In addition to an IDIQ award, Quantech also won 2 of the 3 Task Orders (TOs) that were competed as part of the IDIQ. The TOs support the Global Positioning Systems Directorate and the Spacelift Range and Network Systems Division including approximately 85 full time equivalents. More importantly, this is another example of Quantech winning our incumbent work and growing with more responsibility. This contract allows us to expand into the Business Analytics areas (Financial/Cost/EV/Schedule) in the Space community.
Many people from Quantech’s Execution, Operations and Capability Teams including our X4 and X1 Subject Matter Experts, Proposal Development, Pricing, Contracts, Human Resources and Business Development supported the team build, proposal development and pricing efforts.
