SMC/IS and OUSD (AT&L) Contract Awards
Quantech was recently awarded a new Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Acquisition Support (SAS) Task Order for the Infrared Space Systems Directorate (SMC/IS), Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA. Quantech personnel will provide Strategic Communications Planning, Business Operations, External Suspense, International Affairs, Public Affairs and Meeting Administration Support to the IS customer.
Quantech was also recently awarded six new subcontractor positions providing support to the Under Secretary of Defense Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (OUSD(AT&L). Our newest employees interface with senior officials in the Department of Defense, Executive Branch and with Members of Congress in the Washington DC area. They support AT&L in matters relating to the DoD Acquisition System: research and development, advanced technology, test and evaluation; production, logistics, installation management, military construction, defense procurement, acquisition policy, environmental and nuclear security, chemical and biological matters, operational energy plans and programs, corrosion policy and oversight and human capital initiatives.
