The General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS Full and Open and Small Business contracts provide any and all Federal agencies with a total integrated solution for a multitude of professional service-based requirements on a global basis. In order to provide customer satisfaction with a total solution, Task Orders will be supported with specialized expertise across multiple functional disciplines. Task Orders may also involve and require commercial and/or non-commercial items. The GSA OASIS Full and Open and Small Business contracts allow for the use of a variety of contract types including fixed-price (all types), cost reimbursement (all types), time and materials/labor hour, or a hybrid mix of contract types.

Pool 4. NAICS Code 541712 – More than $38.5M but less than 500 employees
Pool 5a. NAICS Code 541712 Exception B – More than 500 employees but less than 1,000 employees business size standard (Exception B: Research and Development in Aircraft Parts, and Auxiliary Equipment, and Aircraft Engine Parts)
Pool 5b. NAICS Code 541712 Exception C – More than 500 employees but less than 1,000 employees business size standard (Exception C: Research and Development in Space Vehicles and Guided Missiles, their Propulsion Units, their Propulsion Units Parts, and their Auxiliary Equipment and Parts)
Pool 6. NAICS Code 541712 Exception A – More than 1000 employees but less than 1,500 employees business size standard
