Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Program:

Quality Assurance (QA) is a key ingredient in successfully managing Government contracts and certified quality through standardization is resident in the Quantech corporate culture.  Our QA approach is based on Quantech’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and over fourteen years of successful product deliveries, execution lessons-learned and team partner best practices.  The Quantech QA process establishes the authority of the QA Manager and outlines our QA standards, procedures, policies and evaluation processes to assess quality against our established standards.  Our QA activities concentrate on the prevention of problems through continuous process improvement.

Our QA program includes independent and internal TO assessments tied to metrics.  Metrics serve as a baseline for performance and a critical tool in risk management, avoidance and mitigation.  We use metrics to monitor performance and identify potential areas for improvement or corrective action. We report metrics in our EPM system and discuss at program reviews. We conduct analyses on over- and under-performing processes to drive change. Thus, the organizations we support become a “learning organizations” – a continuous feedback loop between quality performance and execution.

To aid in QA implementation, we web-host our work instructions dealing with planning, monitoring and controlling of contract activities, as well as actual processes and procedures used to deliver products/services. We include industry best practices where applicable, as well as Government guidelines affecting execution. If Quantech documentation or industry standards are not available, the QA team, develops or adapts the standards for use within specific projects.

All Quantech organizations providing support functions or delivery of products/services are required to include QA activities as an integral part of execution.  Additionally, all Quantech employees are required to complete QMS training on an annual basis.
